Richard Kerry Winter
Richard Kerry Winter, 54, of Warren, stepped into heavenly realm to be with his Father God and Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. He entered this life on June 15, 1969, in Beaumont, to Martha Landis Winter and Terry Winter.
Survivors include his daughter, Faith Keri-Jean Winter; stepdaughters, Madi Hayes and her husband, Daniel, of Warren; Taylor Winter of Maryland; and Ashley West and her husband, Wesley, of Buna; grandchildren, Jaxson, Teagan, and Dani; mother, Martha Winter; aunts and uncles, Wilma and Robert Langston, Becky and John Landis, and Juanita and Orval Landis, all of Kountze, Tom Fetters of Pflugerville, Judy and Ed Valley of Van Buren, Arkansas, Phyllis Glasgow of Livingston, and Nancy Glasgow of Connecticut; and numerous cousins and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Terry Winter; grandfather, Fred Landis; and grandmother, Clara Landis.
A gathering of Richard’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. His interment will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze.
